HYSF SFLPIL3M is a low-profile flat 3-pin male inline cable connector with PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, ideal for power + RS485/RS232 tethers on space-critical micro-ROVs, AUV control umbilicals, pan-tilt units, sonar chains and deepsea inline splicing up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPIL3M delivers 3 channels in an ultra-thin flat profile with tapered PU overmold, enabling seamless inline splicing and cable termination where round connectors exceed available space. Only 43 mm grip length with integrated strain relief.
Precision 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with 3 × 20 AWG PTFE leads. Standard configuration: 2 power pins + 1 differential pair for RS485/RS232 half-duplex communication.
