HYSF SFLPIL4M is a low-profile flat 4-pin male inline cable connector with PU overmold. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, ideal for Gigabit Ethernet tethers on space-critical micro-ROVs, AUV flat umbilicals, high-resolution camera chains and deepsea inline splicing up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFLPIL4M delivers full 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet in an ultra-thin flat profile with tapered PU overmold, enabling seamless inline splicing and cable termination where round connectors exceed available space. Only 43 mm grip length with integrated strain relief.
Precision 316L stainless steel insert with gold-plated brass pins, fully encapsulated in black polyurethane. Pre-terminated with 4 × 22 AWG PTFE leads (two shielded twisted pairs). Supports 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet with excellent signal integrity.
