HYSF SFMCLPDC9M is a low-profile flat 9-pin male dummy plug with PU cap. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, dedicated for protecting unused female 9-pin flat ports on high-density micro-ROVs, AUV flat panels, seabed instrumentation and thin pressure housings up to 6000 m.
The HYSF SFMCLPDC9M is a dedicated male dummy plug that fully seals and protects open female 9-pin flat receptacles in harsh subsea environments. Its streamlined black polyurethane cap slides over SFMCLPBH9F ports, creating a complete pressure-tight barrier with no electrical connection.
Molded from abrasion-resistant, UV-stabilized PU with integrated stainless steel tether eye and triple internal O-rings. The large hex grip enables tool-free installation even with gloved hands, while the captive tether eye prevents loss during ROV operations.
Critical for safeguarding high-density flat-panel Gigabit Ethernet + multi-power ports, deepsea sensor arrays and battery modules from biofouling and debris. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa over-pressure validation and 2000-hour salt-spray resistance.
