The HYSF SFMCPBOF10M integrates ten independent electrical channels with direct fuel/hydraulic hose termination in the ultra-compact Micro footprint. With only 52 mm total length and a 19 mm hex grip, it provides the highest-density hybrid electro-fluidic penetrator available for thin or curved pressure housings.

Precision-machined from 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass pins, triple O-ring sealing, and barbed hose tail (Ø12.7 mm) for secure 1/2" fuel line attachment. Pre-terminated 10-color PTFE leads exit axially for internal routing, while the M16 mounting thread includes locking nut and washer.

Developed for next-generation hybrid propulsion systems in micro-ROVs, AUV power pods, deepsea tooling, and battery modules requiring simultaneous Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) + 6 extra channels and fluid transfer. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 2000-hour fuel immersion resistance.
