The HYSF SFMCPBOF16F combines an unprecedented sixteen independent electrical channels with direct fuel/hydraulic hose termination in the ultra-compact Ø15.7 mm Micro envelope. With only 61 mm total length, it enables seamless inline splicing of hybrid electro-fluidic umbilicals while maintaining full Gigabit Ethernet capability plus 12 additional power/sensor lines.

Precision-machined 316L stainless steel body with gold-plated brass sockets, triple O-ring sealing, and barbed hose tail (Ø13.5 mm) for secure 1/2" fuel line attachment. Pre-terminated 16-color PTFE leads exit axially for internal routing, with black PU overmolding for maximum strain relief.

Developed for next-generation hybrid propulsion systems in micro-ROVs, AUV power pods, deepsea tooling, and battery modules requiring simultaneous high-speed data (1000BASE-T) and high-flow fluid transfer. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 2000-hour fuel immersion resistance.
