The HYSF SFMCPBOF2M represents an advanced miniature 2-core male bulkhead connector engineered specifically for fuel and hydraulic fluid delivery in extreme subsea environments. Its integrated fuel hose barb (Ø4 mm) connects directly to flexible PTFE or rubber fuel lines, while the oil-filled chamber ensures pressure compensation during ultra-deep operations.

Crafted from Grade 5 titanium with ceramic-insulated gold-plated contacts, this connector maintains electrical integrity across 100 MPa external pressure. The 48 mm total length includes a reinforced mounting flange and M16 thread, secured by included titanium hex nut and washer. Internal dielectric oil prevents contact compression and eliminates air voids.

Designed for hadal-zone fuel cells, deep-tow hydraulic systems, and subsea chemical injection units, this connector combines fluid transfer and electrical pass-through in a single compact assembly. ISO9001-2015 certified with helium leak testing to 1×10⁻⁹ atm·cc/s.
