HYSF SFMCPBOF3M is a specialized 3-pin male bulkhead fuel-hose connector with Ø15.7 mm body. IP68 rated, 60 MPa tested, designed for micro-ROV fuel lines, AUV hydraulic interfaces, and compact subsea fluid transfer systems up to 6000m.
The HYSF SFMCPBOF3M is a miniature 3-core male bulkhead connector engineered specifically for fuel and hydraulic hose integration in subsea vehicles. Its compact Ø15.7 mm body with 48 mm total length supports direct inline hose termination while maintaining full electrical isolation for sensor or control signals.
Precision-machined from 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass contacts, it features triple O-ring sealing and a barbed hose tail (Ø13.5 mm) for secure 3/8" fuel line attachment. Pre-terminated PTFE leads (red/black/white) exit axially for internal routing, while the M16 mounting thread includes locking nut and washer.
Developed for hybrid electro-fluidic penetrations in micro-ROVs, AUV propulsion pods, and deepsea tooling where combined power and fluid transfer is required. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000-hour fuel resistance.
