Product Description

The HYSF SFMCPBOF6M is a miniature 6-core male bulkhead connector engineered specifically for combined electrical and fluid hose integration in subsea vehicles. Its compact Ø15.7 mm body with 48 mm total length supports direct inline hose termination while providing six independent electrical channels for power, data, or Ethernet.

Precision-machined from 316L stainless steel with gold-plated brass contacts, it features triple O-ring sealing and a barbed hose tail (Ø13.5 mm) for secure 3/8" fuel line attachment. Pre-terminated PTFE leads (red/black/white/blue/yellow/green) exit axially for internal routing, while the 19 mm grip and M16 mounting thread include locking nut and washer.

Developed for hybrid electro-fluidic penetrations in micro-ROVs, AUV propulsion pods, deepsea tooling, and battery modules where simultaneous power/data and fluid transfer is required. ISO9001-2015 certified with 100 MPa burst validation and 1000-hour fuel resistance.
