The HYSF SQ-SEAL-6P is a successfully customized square watertight enclosure precision-machined from marine-grade anodized aluminum, featuring **6 integrated high-pressure penetrators** for multi-channel feed-through and **micro waterproof plugs** for unused ports. Designed for compact subsea electronics protection, it supports ROV control PCBs, AUV sensor arrays, and deepsea power distribution with minimal footprint and maximum reliability.
Each penetrator is a glass-sealed or epoxy-potted bulkhead pass-through rated for 60 MPa (8702 PSI / ~6000 m depth), with gold-plated contacts for low-resistance signal/power transmission. The micro plugs provide IP68 sealing for unused holes, secured with red dummy caps and O-rings. The enclosure includes a bolted lid with triple O-ring compression, multiple M4 mounting holes, and optional internal standoffs for PCB fixation.
This custom square housing was engineered for easy integration and field maintenance in harsh underwater environments. HYSF offers full customization in penetrator count (2–12), pin configuration, material (aluminum/titanium), and plug types.
