Product Description

The HYSF SS-LOCKCAP is a **successfully customized stainless steel locking cap** precision-machined from **316L marine-grade stainless steel** to provide secure, vibration-resistant mating for MCBH/MCIL series underwater connectors. Featuring a **knurled grip** and **internal threaded sleeve**, it locks over standard connector coupling nuts, preventing accidental disconnection during ROV thruster operation, AUV docking, or subsea tool deployment.

Equipped with a **captive Viton O-ring** and **tether eyelet**, it maintains **IP68 sealing** when installed and allows attachment to the cable or housing for loss prevention. The passivated finish ensures maximum corrosion resistance in saltwater. Compatible with all HYSF/Subconn® MCBH/MCIL sizes (2–12 pin), with optional color-coded anodizing or laser-etched serial numbers.
