The HYSF TI-PENETRATOR is a successfully customized **titanium alloy waterproof bulkhead penetrator** precision-machined from **Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium** for ultimate strength-to-weight ratio and zero corrosion in saltwater. Available in **2-pin, 3-pin, or 4-pin** configurations with gold-plated contacts, it enables reliable power and signal feed-through in ultra-deep subsea systems—perfect for titanium-housed ROV thruster pods, AUV battery compartments, and deepsea scientific instruments.

Each penetrator features **glass-to-metal sealing** or high-pressure epoxy potting, with **double O-ring face seals** and **threaded locking nut** for secure panel mounting. Rated to **60 MPa (8702 PSI / ~6000 m depth)**, IP68 sealed, and helium leak-tested to <1×10⁻⁹ atm·cc/s. Blue PTFE-insulated flying leads are pre-stripped and labeled for direct PCB termination.
